The Role
Energy is one of the sectors where regulation, investment, strategy and execution meet most directly.
JUGLANS is looking for an Energy Advisory Manager / Senior Manager to support clients on energy-sector strategy, transactions, regulatory projects and implementation work. This role is for someone who understands the commercial and regulatory realities of the energy market and can help clients turn complexity into clear options and practical next steps.
You will work with corporate clients, investors, developers and energy-sector participants on matters involving energy transition, renewables, infrastructure, regulation, market entry, project development and transaction support.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on energy-sector projects, strategy, regulation, transactions and implementation.
Support market-entry, investment, restructuring and business-development projects in the energy sector.
Work on renewable energy, infrastructure, power, gas, storage, grid-related and energy-transition matters.
Prepare business, regulatory and strategic analyses to support client decision-making.
Coordinate multidisciplinary workstreams involving legal, tax, financial, technical and regulatory experts.
Support due diligence, transaction planning and commercial assessment in energy-related deals.
Help clients understand regulatory requirements, market risks, stakeholder expectations and implementation challenges.
Translate complex market and regulatory issues into clear recommendations and action plans.
Build trusted relationships with clients, industry experts and specialist partners.
Contribute to JUGLANS service development, thought leadership and business growth in the energy sector.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant experience in energy advisory, consulting, corporate finance, strategy, regulation or transaction support.
Experience gained at a Big4 firm, consulting firm, advisory practice, energy company, infrastructure investor or similar environment.
Strong understanding of the energy sector, including regulation, market dynamics, renewables, infrastructure or energy transition.
Experience with project-based advisory work, client delivery and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent command of English, including professional writing and client-facing communication.
Ability to turn complex information into clear conclusions, recommendations and practical next steps.
Commercial mindset and interest in helping clients make decisions, not only analyse problems.
Confident, structured and reliable under deadline pressure.
Entrepreneurial attitude and interest in building a growing advisory platform.
